From booking to flight
- From six months prior to the desired boarding date until five business days before the desired boarding date.
- Contact us through our website or email (enjoyflight@pioneerace.co.jp) with your desired date/time, several boarding passengers, and departure/arrival airports. Please add if there are any needs for special help.
- We will inform you of the estimation with email within two business days.
- Please make an official request against our estimation. (temporary reservation)
- Within one week, please pay the charge which we have informed you about. After we make sure your payment, your reservation will be confirmed.
- On the day of your flight, please go to the designated meeting location. The meeting time varies depending on the airport but is generally scheduled for 20 to 30 minutes before the departure time.
- Please show our staff your boarding pass when you board.

Items prohibited from being carried on board
- Items that pose a danger or inconvenience to aircraft, personnel, or cargo
- Firearms, swords, and other weapons, as well as explosives and other items that are flammable or easily ignitable
- Imitation weapons such as toy swords, pistol-shaped lighters, grenade-shaped lighters, etc.
- Corrosive substances and liquids not contained in appropriate containers
- Human remains
- Items prohibited from being loaded or transported on aircraft by laws, regulations, or government authorities
- Items exceeding the quantity, weight, or dimensions limits specified by the airline
- Inadequately packed or wrapped items
- Items that are prone to deterioration, wear, or damage
- Other items deemed unsuitable for transportation as carry-on luggage by the airline
